Informed Document
  After we have received your your documents, we will proceed the account opening as soon as possible. Once your account is activated, we will send you an e-mail to inform your account activation, and also an account number acknowledgement and trading PIN ID seperately by post mail (Internet Trading Account) or inform your account number and marketing officer by post mail (Trading Account with an individual designated marketing officer)

 
 
 
How to Start Trading
  For Trading Account with an individual designated marketing officer
Trinity will inform each applicant the approval of an account opening via telephone, followed by a formal notification letter.

For Internet Trading Account
You can start trading after either one of these conditions is completed:-
1. You have received a trading PIN ID and ATS approval acknowledgement from Trinity.
2. You have received a trading PIN ID and you’ve deposited money in your cash balance account with Trinity.

Once you have received a trading PIN ID from Trinity, you must change it to your own personal trading PIN ID.The original trading PIN ID is not accepted by the trading system.

 
 
 
Forgot your Trading PIN ID ( Internet Clients)
 


In case you have the original trading PIN ID from Trinity

Please contact our electronic business department at 02-670-9100 ext. 500, we will reset your trading PIN ID to the original trading PIN ID. Then you must change it to your own personal trading PIN ID again.


In case you don’t have the original trading PIN ID from Trinity

Please click here to download “trading PIN ID request form”, print it out and complete the form. Then fax us at 02-286-6333. We will generate a new trading PIN ID and send you via post mail. Once you have received it, you must change it to your own personal trading PIN ID.

 
 
 
Key-in Order by Marketing Officer ( Internet Clients)
  If it is inconvenient for you to send order by yourself, you can call at 02-670-9100 ext. 500 to let a marketing officer key order(s) for you. For any order that key in by marketing officer, the commission fee is 0.25% of the value traded with a minimum charge of 50 baht per day.

Change of Information
 

Please click here to download “change of information from”. Fill in the form and send it together with the required documents to your marketing officer.

Required documents : Change of name title
1. Completed change of information form.
2. 2 Certified copies of citizen identification card.
3. 2 Certified copies of marriage license (if any).
4. 2 Certified copies of change of name title certificate.

Required documents : Change of name and/or surname
1. Completed change of information form.
2. 2 Certified copies of citizen identification card.
3. 2 Certified copies of marriage license (if any).
4. 2 Certified copies of change of name and/or surname certificate.
5. a certified copy of house registration.
6. a signature specimen card (if you’ve changed your signature, please contact your marketing officer to send you a signature specimen card).

Required documents : Change of mailing address
1. Completed change of information form.
2. a certified copy of citizen identification card.

Required documents : Change of nationality
1. Completed change of information form.
2. 2 certified copies of change of nationality certificate.


 
 
Commission
  Our commission charge is 0.25% of traded value for trading through marketing officer with a minimum charge of 50 baht per day. For trading through internet trading system, we willl charge 0.15% or 0.20% or 0.25% of traded value for cash balance or ATS settlement respectively with a minimum charge of 50 baht per day. All commission charges are subjected to 7%VAT.

 
 
How to Deposit Stock
 
1. The scrip holder sign as transferor on the back of the scrip.

2. Submit the scrip together with a certified copy of citizen identification card (if you are not the person whose name stated in the scrip, a certified copy of scrip holder’s citizen identification card must be attached with the scrip) to your marketing officer.

3. There is no fee charged for stock deposit.
 
 
How to Transfer Stock
 

To transfer stock(s) between portfolios within Trinity

1. Click here to download Transfer Slip.

2. Fill in the slip, the transferor’s and transferee’s signatures are required.

3. Submit the completed slip attached with certified copies of the transferor’s and transferee’s citizen identification cards to your marketing officer.

4. There is no fee charged for stock transferring between portfolio within Trinity.

To transfer stock(s) to portfolio with other broker

1. Click here to download Transfer Slip.

2. Fill in the slip, the transferor’s signature is required.

3. Submit the completed slip attached with a certified copy of the transferor’s citizen identification card and
the fee to your marketing officer.

4. There is 50 baht fee charged for each item of stock transferring.


 
 
How to Withdraw Stock
 
1. You have to download both of Scrip Withdrawal Slip and Application for New Securities Certificate.

2. Fill in those 2 forms.

3. Submit the completed forms attached with a certified copy of citizen identification card and the fee to your marketing officer.

4. There is 100 baht fee charged for each item of stock withdrawing.
